Qadeer Qureshi
CEO
Qadeer is our CEO and oversees the strategic direction and plan for the business. He is a highly experienced security and facilities management services professional, having started his career in the security industry in 2002 as a guard. Being one founder of Aegis Support Services and having held several positions including Regional Operations Manager and Security Director within his career is a testament to his career growth. Outside of work, Qadeer loves to travel and regularly visits new cities across the world, with a vision of setting up Aegis Support services in the Middle East.
Tariq Khalil
Security Director
Tariq has over 20 years of experience in the security and support services industry covering a range of positions, including holding the role of Contract Manager at Aegis Support Services before he progressed into the role of Security Director. Tariq has vast experience across all security services including key holding, manned guarding, patrol and anti-social behaviour work, and indoor and outdoor events security.
Nadeem Iqbal
Director of Mobile Security Response
Nadeem is the Director of Mobile Response at Aegis Support Services and is responsible for the management, organisation, and daily operational oversight of our mobile security response unit. Nadeem assists in the onboarding of all new sites including the evaluation and all security revision requirements, ensuring all policies and procedures are compliant and provides key client relationship management.
Carol Raymond
Head of Mobile Security
Carol is our Head of Mobile Security Services and works with a range of our clients to oversee the delivery of guard scheduling and patrol work. Carol has a wealth of knowledge in the security services industry that spans more than two decades and has worked for several regional and national firms in the UK. Outside of work Carol loves to keep fit and is an avid swimmer.
Darren Austin
Head of National Security and Facilities Management Operations
Darren has more than 25 years of experience in security and facilities management having worked for several leading providers of integrated facility and security solutions. Darren oversees operational delivery, quality of service, systems, and technology across multiple security and facilities management services for clients across the UK, working closely with our directly employed security guards and facilities management grounds teams.
Faz Ahmed
Head of Finance
Faz is our Head of Finance and is responsible for overseeing the finance function and ensuring sufficient controls are in place to monitor, track, and forecast the financial health of the business. She oversees our payroll function and ensures our suppliers are always paid promptly.
Assad Sakhi
Operations Manager
Assad is our Facilities Operational Lead and has many years of experience in managing people and facilities management projects. In his role, Assad oversees the day-to-day requirements of our customers. Outside of work Assad works with his local community cricket league, holding the position of general secretary and is a health enthusiast and enjoys spending time keeping fit.
Jacki Jenkins
HR & Corporate Services Manager
Jacki is our Corporate Services Manager and creates and implements strategies that govern the day-to-day operational activities for the business across our security and facilities management teams. She also manages our HR team and oversees the office function and premises.
Muddasar Hussain
Aegis Training Manager
Muddasar joined the Aegis Support Services team back in 2020, starting as a security manager of a Government-managed quarantine facility during the Covid pandemic. He subsequently transitioned to our training arm, Aegis Training, where he is responsible for client relationship management for all learners, training delivery, and continuous evaluation of all courses to ensure excellent quality and learning outcomes. His energy is second to none and is always on the lookout for new challenges and ways to grow our training capability.
Asib Khan
Facilities Officer
Asib lead projects focused nationally within the UK, ensuring quality service delivery within budget. He manage a team of operatives, oversee daily site tests, and provide reports while fostering strong communication and engagement to drive performance and client satisfaction.
Ellen Rust
Corporate & Executive Coordinator
Ellen oversees Aegis Support Services office operations and finances, managing procurement and contracts while ensuring everything runs smoothly and in line with company policies, legal requirements, and audit processes.
