Providing highly trained and experienced security guards
All our frontline security officers working the education sector are SIA-licensed, screened, and vetted to British Standard 7858. Our security guards receive the highest level of specialist security training, delivered by our training arm, Aegis Training. They are trained in safeguarding, first aid, conflict management, and physical intervention in line with industry standards. In addition to this, all security guards we deploy undertake continuous professional development, and we also undertake site-specific training as part of our contract mobilisation processes.
