Qadeer Qureshi
CEO
Qadeer is our CEO and oversees the strategic direction and plan for the business. He is a highly experienced security and facilities management services professional, having started his career in the security industry in 2002 as a guard. Being one founder of Aegis Support Services and having held several positions including Regional Operations Manager and Security Director within his career is a testament to his career growth. Outside of work, Qadeer loves to travel and regularly visits new cities across the world, with a vision of setting up Aegis Support services in the Middle East.
Tariq Khalil
Chief Operating Officer
Tariq Khalil is Chief Operating Officer, overseeing the day-to-day running of the business and supporting contracts, clients, and operations across the business. With more than 20 years of experience in the security and support services industry, Tariq has extensive expertise in manned guarding, key holding, patrols, anti-social behaviour initiatives, and event security, helping drive high standards and operational performance throughout the business.
Carol Raymond
Director of Mobile Patrol & Response
Carol is our Director of Mobile Patrol & Response, leading the Milton Keynes mobile patrol team and overseeing key holding, alarm response, and patrol operations. She manages scheduling and service coverage to ensure a reliable and responsive service for all clients.
Darren Austin
Director of National Operations & Strategic Delivery
Darren Austin leads national operations across all contracts, supporting service delivery, operational standards, and strategic growth projects nationwide. With more than 25 years of experience in security and facilities management, Darren has worked with leading providers of integrated security and facilities solutions. He oversees operational delivery, service quality, systems, and technology across multiple client services throughout the UK, working closely with directly employed security and facilities management teams to ensure high standards and continuous improvement.
Faz Ahmed
Group Chief Financial Officer
Faz is our Group CFO and leads finance across the group, overseeing budgets, cash flow, and financial planning to support sustainable growth. She plays a key role in protecting the group’s financial position and ensuring strong financial control across the business.
Assad Sakhi
Operations & Mobilisation Manager
Asad Sakhi is our Operations & Mobilisation Manager, supporting the day-to-day operations of the security division while overseeing the mobilisation of new contracts. He also manages security teams and rostering to ensure effective service delivery and operational support across the business.
Jacki Jenkins
Head of People & Corporate Services
Jacki leads HR and people support across the group, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and employee processes. She also manages accreditations and ACS compliance, helping ensure the business maintains high operational and industry standards.
Muddasar Hussain
Business Support Manager
Muddasar joined the Aegis Support Services team back in 2020, starting as a security manager of a Government-managed quarantine facility during the Covid pandemic. He subsequently transitioned to our training arm, Aegis Training, where he is responsible for client relationship management for all learners, training delivery, and continuous evaluation of all courses to ensure excellent quality and learning outcomes. His energy is second to none and is always on the lookout for new challenges and ways to grow our training capability.
Asib Khan
Facilities Officer
Asib lead projects focused nationally within the UK, ensuring quality service delivery within budget. He manage a team of operatives, oversee daily site tests, and provide reports while fostering strong communication and engagement to drive performance and client satisfaction.
Ellen Rust
Executive Assistant to Group CEO
Ellen Rust is Executive Assistant to the Group CEO, Qadeer Qureshi, providing direct support across daily operations, strategic priorities, and executive coordination. She manages diaries, meetings, and communications, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of executive operations across the business.
