Supporting communities and creating social value
Giving back to the community is a big part of what makes our business special and brings our teams together. Over the years we have sponsored, mentored, and volunteered for a vast range of organisations, charities, and community groups: from charity fun runs to sponsoring community support programmes, and supporting the NHS to volunteering to help support local food bank drives, we are incredibly proud of what our team delivers year after year to support those in need.

What is social value?
Social value is all about the broader societal benefits generated by actions, initiatives, and projects that contribute positively to the communities we live and work in and our environment. It is about more than financial profit or individual gain and emphasises the importance of collective well-being and sustainable development.

Our approach to supporting communities and creating social value
As a security and facilities management business, we are well-connected to the communities we live and work in. Our security guards are facilities management teams based across a wide range of schools, businesses, and organisations in the UK and play a critical role in supporting a wide range of organisations. Our approach to supporting communities and creating social value is embedded in our view that great businesses do more than just make money. We believe that businesses have a key role to play in ensuring that communities thrive, and that the environment is protected.
We focus our social value activity on community and charity support, supporting those in education, and ensuring we fight climate change.
