We provide a flexible service whereby we can respond to urgent or unplanned requests for support, drawing on a large pool of relief officers, with deployment within two hours.
24/7 security support
Our on-site security guards and security teams are supported by our 24/7 Control Centre based in Milton Keynes, and by a highly experienced management team that has decades of experience in delivering exceptional security services to a wide range of industries.
Providing highly trained and experienced security guards
All our frontline officers are SIA-licensed, screened, and vetted to British Standard 7858. Our officers receive the highest level of specialist security training, delivered by our training arm, Aegis Training. Officers are trained in safeguarding, first aid, conflict management, and physical intervention in line with industry standards. In addition to this, all security guards we deploy undertake continuous professional development, and we also undertake site-specific training as part of our contract mobilisation processes.
Security services accreditations
We are proud to have gained a diverse range of accreditations that verify our capabilities to deliver safe, high-quality, and cost-effective security services. We are an SIA-approved and SafeContractor-accredited business, and all our frontline security guards are SIA-licensed, screened, and vetted to British Standard 7858. We are also CHAS accredited and hold an ISO 9001:2015 accreditation for the provision of security services and keyholding services for private and public sectors throughout the UK. Chief Operating Officer
Tariq Khalil is Chief Operating Officer, overseeing the day-to-day running of the business and supporting contracts, clients, and operations across the business. With more than 20 years of experience in the security and support services industry, Tariq has extensive expertise in manned guarding, key holding, patrols, anti-social behaviour initiatives, and event security, helping drive high standards and operational performance throughout the business.
Carol Raymond
Director of Mobile Patrol & Response
Carol is our Director of Mobile Patrol & Response, leading the Milton Keynes mobile patrol team and overseeing key holding, alarm response, and patrol operations. She manages scheduling and service coverage to ensure a reliable and responsive service for all clients.
Darren Austin
Director of National Operations & Strategic Delivery
Darren Austin leads national operations across all contracts, supporting service delivery, operational standards, and strategic growth projects nationwide. With more than 25 years of experience in security and facilities management, Darren has worked with leading providers of integrated security and facilities solutions. He oversees operational delivery, service quality, systems, and technology across multiple client services throughout the UK, working closely with directly employed security and facilities management teams to ensure high standards and continuous improvement.
