As a business we also focus on sustainability and protecting our environment and planet. We have been actively reducing our carbon footprint for many years through a range of initiatives aimed at promoting sustainability, including:

Adopting energy-efficient technologies (one of our satellite office, which is our mobile response department, moved to a more efficient building in Milton Keynes)

Reducing waste in our offices and when we are working on customer sites and implementing recycling programs

Educating our teams on how to be environmentally conscious in their day-to-day roles

Replacing petrol and diesel vehicles with electric vehicles across our fleet

By taking proactive steps to minimise our environmental impact, we are contributing to the global effort to combat climate change and ensures a healthier, more sustainable future for everyone.

The well-being of the local communities we live and work in is at the heart of our social value strategy and a core part of Pledge 2050. Supporting local charities, initiatives, and community groups isn’t just something we do – it’s a fundamental part of our DNA and has been since the business started in 2001.

We actively engage with local organisations, charities, and community groups to support initiatives that enhance the quality of life for local people. This includes:

Supporting the local economy is another key pillar of Pledge 2050. We prioritise hiring local talent, sourcing goods and services from local suppliers, and subcontracting work to local organisations to ensure the economic impact is felt within the local communities we work and live in.
