All our frontline security officers are SIA-licensed, screened and vetted to British Standard 7858. Our officers receive specialist security training through our training arm, Aegis Training, covering areas including safeguarding, first aid, conflict management and physical intervention in line with industry standards.
Our teams also undertake continuous professional development, and where required, we provide event-and-site-specific briefings and training to ensure officers understand their responsibilities, the venue and the security arrangements in place.
