The national security services and facilities management business, Aegis Support Services, has announced a series of senior leadership promotions as part of the business’s continued growth and long-term development.
The appointments recognise the exceptional dedication, leadership, and contribution of key individuals who have played an instrumental role in the success of the business.
The promotions include:
- Tariq Khalil, who steps into the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO) from Security Director
- Darren Austin, who has been promoted from Head of Operations to Director of National Operations & Strategic Delivery
- Carol Raymond, promoted to Director of Mobile Patrol & Response
- Jacki Jenkins, promoted to Head of People & Corporate Services
- Faz Ahmed, promoted from Head of Finance to Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
- Muddasar Hussain has been promoted to the position of Business Support Manager.
These appointments come at a significant stage in the company’s journey, following sustained organic growth across both its security and facilities management (FM) divisions. In recent years, the business has continued to expand its national footprint, strengthen client partnerships, invested in a new security and control centre in Milton Keynes, and driven increased demand across its key sectors.
The enhanced leadership structure has been designed to support this momentum, ensuring the business remains agile, client-focused, and well-positioned for further national expansion.
