July's employee of the month goes to...

Every month, we recognise outstanding service by awarding a member of our team with the Aegis Champion Award. This month sees, not one but two amazing members of our team receive the award!

Going the extra mile

First up, we have Asad Mahmood. Asad is one of our security guards and has been working with our longstanding client Luton Sixth Form College for the past four years and has earned a great reputation amongst staff, students, and visitors.

He always goes the extra mile when it comes to his role and wears his heart on his sleeve whilst at work. Great work Asad and thank you for everything you do to help keep our clients’ people, premises, and assets safe and secure. You are a star!

Always on hand to support the team

We were also delighted to see our National Head of Operations, Darren Austin, collect the award this month for, once again, going above and beyond for the team and our clients.

He has spent a lot of time driving all over the country and simply never stops helping us continue to develop our service and deliver exceptional support to our clients!

He goes above and beyond for #teamAegis every day – even when he is incredibly busy, he is always the first person to reach out to and offer support other members of the team.
