Our customer

Established as an independent charity in 1992, The Parks Trust cares for over 6,000 acres of green space in Milton Keynes including parks, ancient woodlands, lakes, river valleys and 80 miles of landscaped areas along the city’s grid roads. The Trust has more than 100 staff and 200 volunteers who deliver essential work including landscaping and maintenance tasks.

The facilities and land the Trust cares for provide valuable recreation and leisure facilities, connecting communities at over 500 outdoor events each year and advancing public education around wildlife, biodiversity, and the environment.

How we partner with The Parks Trust

Aegis Support Services proudly works in partnership with The Parks Trust and its team to provide a range of security services to ensure their staff and visitors are safe and their facilities are secure. Led by our Head of Mobile Operations, Carol Raymond our Mobile Security Patrol team has maintained an excellent partnership with the Trust’s team delivering security services at Broughton Park including:

• Providing open and close security services 365 days a year including Christmas and Bank Holidays.
• Opening the car park on-site every morning at 8am and close/lock at 10pm.
• Undertaking a thorough walk-through of the site and permitter escorting the public off the park and ensuring we lock the site down. This includes escorting young adults and children who are regular users of the space.
